Sales / Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated Sales / Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and bring new projects on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project plans.
- Track leads, follow up, and close deals.
- Work closely with management to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction or real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Knowledge of the Delhi construction market is a plus.
